About Us

My approach to weddings was shaped long before I entered the events world. Influenced by a family rooted in interiors and craftsmanship, and inspired by the calm of the mountains and the movement of the ocean, I’ve always been drawn to environments that evoke feeling. Paired with a background in science, business, and accounting, I bring both creativity and structure to the way I design and plan.

I’m drawn to bold palettes, layered details, and meaningful elements that reflect a couple’s world — the places they’ve explored, the styles they gravitate toward, and the atmosphere they want to share with the people they love.

As your Napa Valley & Sonoma County wedding planner, my role is to guide you through a warm, intuitive planning process, turning your influences into an immersive, heartfelt celebration. We offer a curated network of trusted, licensed professionals we confidently recommend. If you have a vendor in mind, we’re happy to discuss the fit and ensure they align with the needs and standards of your celebration.

We accept a limited number of couples annually. This allows us to offer intentional planning, thoughtful design direction, and the high-touch support each celebration deserves.

We offer a hybrid structure—a flat fee paired with percentage-based pricing. As your celebration grows in scale and complexity, this model allows our support to expand accordingly, ensuring you receive the appropriate level of involvement throughout planning and production.

A non-refundable retainer reserves your date. Remaining payments are divided throughout the planning process, with the final balance due one month before your wedding.

You will have a lead planner and at least two assistants present. Larger guest counts or multi-day events may require additional team members to ensure every element is managed with care and precision.

We’ll send your contract and retainer invoice to secure your date. You’ll then receive welcome materials, access to your planning platform, and we’ll schedule your first meeting to begin the process together.

Yes. We can assist with rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings, farewell brunches, and milestone celebrations. Pricing is tailored to the scope and support needed for each event.
