It’s me, Sandra. The girl who started planning her own wedding at age 12 and counted holiday tablescape design as one of her most important hobbies.

What started out as a childhood obsession eventually led to a career in event management. But I craved something deeper—a chance to marry my love of details with my eye for design, all while helping couples experience the joy and peace of a perfectly-executed, immersive wedding celebration. 

At Love Within the Details, we believe the most important guest at your wedding is you—and you deserve to be fully present for each and every moment of it.

We like to keep things organized and documented, so email is our go-to. Want to connect on a phone or video call? Just book an appointment and we’ll make it happen.

We have a curated list of trusted pros we love working with—but we’re happy to collaborate with any licensed, professional vendor you bring to the table.

We require a 25% deposit to reserve your date. The next 25% is due 9 months out, another 25% at 6 months, and the final payment wraps things up 1 month before the big day.

You’ll have at least one lead planner and two assistants by your side. Depending on your guest count and the scope of the day, we’ll scale our team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice to secure your date. After that, you’ll get a welcome questionnaire and guide, access to our planning platform (Aisle Planner), and we’ll kick things off with your first meeting.

Absolutely—rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, brunches, and more. We’ll price everything out based on the event details and support needed.
